I'm an aspiring and starving programmer. I graduated from the University of Dayton in August of 2001 with a B.S. in Physics – Computer Science. I live in Lexington, Kentucky (again) and work for Analysts International. I'm contracted by AIC to Lexmark International, Inc. as a Software Engineer. I'm assigned to the 2K/XP/Vista (Longhorn) team where most of my day is spent working on Vista.
I like just about all music, but my preference is towards Rock and Country.
I try to workout at least three times a week. Sometimes I can get a fourth and maybe even a fifth time in, too. I rarely eat junk food or drink soft drinks. And I don't really follow a diet other than eating well balanced meals. Well, okay, I do try to cut down on the carbs, fat, calories, and sodium (all the stuff that makes food taste good). Over all, just eating healthier.
What am I reading? I've recently started the Harry Potter series (JK Rowling) and am really enjoying it. Okay, maybe I'm still a kid at heart. Other authors include Stephen King and Tom Clancy. I also sometimes pick up a copy of Men's Health. Oh, and let's don't forget a ton of computer books. Right now I'm trying to learn C# and UML.
Favorite games are mostly the 3D 1st Person kind, but I also really like strategy and role-playing games too. Although I rarely have time to play games anymore.
Favorite animals are Lemurs, Meerkats, and Dachshunds.
Hobbies and Sports include (but are not limited to): Anything computer related, photography (digital and film), billiards, bowling, fishing, hiking, golf, going to renaissance festivals, psychology and philosophy, and of course, off-roading.
What do I drive? A Ford Ranger 2000 Supercab 4X4 Offroad XLT Edition. I adopted her in January of 2002. I love my truck and she loves mud.

WOW! A lot has happened since my last update! I got yet another promo, after spending 4 months as a CTE I'm
now a Software Engineer at Lexmark! (Unfortunately still a contractor though.) I have also moved back to
Lexington (driving 2.5 hours a day from Louisville and back got really old after 9 months). I've decided to drop
Earthlink because I don't want a landline and I don't watch enough tv or surf the net enought to pay for Insight
cable/bb, though I may change my mind later. I updated my resume and bio page.
